Arno Markus
Arno spent more than twenty years on the recruiter side of senior search before founding iCareerSolutions, placing leaders into Director, VP and C-level roles across the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe. He is a Certified Professional Résumé Writer, served on the 2024 National Board of Directors of the National Résumé Writers' Association, and was named the 2023 Overall Executive Résumé Writer by the Professional Association of Résumé Writers and Career Coaches.
He is the creator of the Reverse Recruitment Method and the Founding President of the National Reverse Recruiters Association, the standards body that defines and certifies the profession. iCareerSolutions is the association's founding firm and the reference practice its Standard Process was tested against.
